Mikrochip ABC - Exciting world of microelectronics for pupils

Dresden - Thrill adolescents for high technology! On its 350 richly illustrated pages the “Microchip ABC” explains how microelectronics works, illustrates the path from sand to chip, illuminates the technology history and shows how semiconductor technology to the entire economy and society radiates. With its vivid 3D graphics and the new didactic approach experienced business and science journalists present a view on sophisticated high-tech to raise young people’s understanding. edaWorkshop16 - Call for Papers available!

Hannover - The Call for Papers of edaWorkshop16 (May 11-12, 2016 in Hannover) has been announced these days. Industry und Academia are invited to submit their contributions until January 27, 2016. Besides scientific contributions also application or economically oriented papers as well as reports on experiences or dissemination in the industrial environment are welcome. (Please note: This year, the conference language will be German.) EUREKA labels PENTA – a new Cluster for pan-European partnership in micro- and nanoelectronic technologies and applications
