Abstract

This talk includes two research works of NCHU SOC group. The first work is about a high-bandwidth and high-efficiency linker in an advanced 2.5D/3D package for high-speed computing. The heterogeneous chiplet communication building circuits will be investigated, including driver, equalizer, low-power serializer/deserializer, pseudo random sequence for BIST, low-phase-noise phase-locked loops, and the clock data recovery circuit. The advanced package connection channel loss model will also be developed. The second work is about developing key environmental sensing and navigation techniques for unmanned agricultural machinery. These techniques are then ported to and integrated in an auto lawn mower and tested in NCHU’s experimental livestock raising station for refinements.:
